Please keep in mind that after placing your order due to sanitary reasons ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Processing time For Ready to Ship Nails: Are shipped within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it is not combined with any other nails (Freestyle, Custom orders, Made to order nails)
Processing time For Made To Order Nails:These sets will vary depending on what is available to order. They are shipped between 5-7 business days after placing your order.
Processing time for Freestyle Sets: Are 1-2 weeks excluding weekends (ESTIMATED) packages may be sent out sooner/later depending on the volume of orders. All nail sets are custom and made to order solely by me in the sequence received, I do not have a manufacturer. 

SHIPPING-Tracking information is provided at checkout. Tracking information isn't updated until your package has been successfully fulfilled (after processing) and dropped off at the postal office. A friendly reminder that the post office is also closed on weekends. With this said, if your package is mailed out on a Friday afternoon/evening do not expect updates until the following Monday. After packages are dropped off, if any problems occur it is your responsibility to contact USPS directly. Please allow 24 hours for packages to also be scanned upon arrival. I also do not have any control or any information regarding your package once it has been dropped off at their vicinity. (NOTE THAT ALL SHIPPING EXPENSES AND TIMES ARE LISTED AT CHECKOUT)

Any set of nails that were purchased, nail file, nail glue, cuticle pusher, alcohol wipe, and a nail buffer (additional glue is included with the purchase of any additional sets)

Sizing & Prep

If you are unsure about sizing your nails, you have the option to check out our "Sizing Chart" tab under "About" tab and follow instructions. Still having trouble? No worries, purchase a sizing kit by selecting the "Sizing Kits" tab under "Shop". 

Keep in mind that PREPPING is highly important! With the proper nail preparation it not only ensures durability, but also the longevity of your nail set. With the proper prep, nails should last 1-3 weeks. They are REUSABLE for up to 6X! Prep kit is INCLUDED with the purchase of every set of nails.
